Moving forward, Club Cannon continues under the Magic FX brand as Magic FX USA LLC.

Comments:

Bram Veroude, CEO of Magic FX, “This is not just a merger of companies, but a merger of mindsets. Over the last years the demand for Magic FX products in the U.S. kept increasing. To deliver the U.S. market the same way as we do in Europe we needed a local team who shares the same vision and values. With Pat Grow and his team it feels like family. We think the same and we act the same. With a local team, brand new manufacturing facility in California, inventory and service operations we can fully support and serve customers across the United States. Together, we can innovate faster and deliver even more value to our customers worldwide.”

Patrick Grow, founder of Club Cannon, now CEO of Magic FX USA LLC, “For years, Magic FX has been the benchmark I measured ourselves against. Not just because of their scale, but because of how seriously they take engineering, safety, and quality. As Bram and I spent more time together, it became clear we share the same mindset and approach. This merger isn’t about changing what Club Cannon stands for, it’s about combining strengths of two like-minded teams and raising the bar for the special effects industry worldwide. Our customers benefit from faster innovation, a broader product range and global support.”
