Diljit Dosanjh’s ‘Aura World Tour’ Hits Stadiums & Arenas

Diljit Dosanjh unveiled his 13-date “Aura World Tour,” promoted by Live Nation. The Punjabi artist will land in arenas and stadiums across North America, kicking off at BC Place in Vancouver on April 23 with stops in Dallas, Nashville, Atlanta, New York City, Toronto and more before wrapping up at Chase Center in San Francisco on June 20.
The tour launched last year with dates in Australia, making history as Dosanjh became the first Punjabi artist to headline and sell out stadiums across the continent. With 47 headline reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice, Dosanjh has sold 452,856 total tickets, making up for a total gross of $54.6 million. On average, Dosanjh has sold 9,635 tickets per show, with an average gross of $1.1 million. Highlights from his Australian run included a sold out show at Melbourne’s AAMI Park on Nov. 1, which saw 30,378 fans in attendance and grossed $4 million.
