Bourbon & Beyond Goes Big For 2026: Foo Fighters, Mumford & Sons, Chris Stapleton, Dave Matthews Band Lead Headliners For Louisville Festival

For its biggest lineup yet, Danny Wimmer Presents’ Bourbon & Beyond has announced 100-plus artists on five music stages, with major draws including Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, Chris Stapleton, The Red Clay Strays, Kacey Musgraves, Dave Matthews Band, Hootie & The Blowfish and many others Sept. 24-27 at the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

Fresh off of the Pollstar Award for Music Festival of the Year in 2025, DWP’s second Louisville event, which takes place the following weekend on the same site as long-running rock festival Louder Than Life, continues to grow after 2024 saw 210,000 total attendees over its four days and 2025 saw 450,000 attendees across both DWP Louisville festivals, record attendance for the promoter. Last year saw a revamped footprint at the Kentucky Exposition Center including free access to the Kentucky Kingdom amusement park located on the grounds. That continues this year, with free access to rides at the amusement park, which will be open exclusively to festival attendees during the event.

“I think Bourbon has established itself as a true destination festival around the world,” says Del Williams, head of global talent for Danny Wimmer Presents. He says the site expansion was a hit with fans, with nearly unanimous positive feedback from attendees. “We’re never satisfied, we’re always looking for ways to elevate the experience, improve the lineup and for ways to dazzle. You’ve got to evolve because the world changes. As long as you’re doing that, I think you’ll stay exciting and relevant.”

Passes are on sale now, with single and four-day GA and VIP options available, as well as camping and RV passes, student discounts and more. Fans are encouraged to buy single day GA lawn chair passes, as they sell out quickly.

Williams says DWP’s spring festivals including Welcome To Rockville in Daytona Beach and Sonic Temple in Ohio are trending strongly for 2026, despite a litany of challenges facing the live entertainment industry across the board.

“We’re pretty stoked, and we’re also off to a great start with Inkarceration in line with last year’s record attendance as well,” Williams says of the promoter’s second Ohio event, a heavier-rock focused event with a tattoo lifestyle element taking place in July. “We’re very fortunate, but I don’t think it’s luck. We’re making the right decisions and the team is amazing, with each one of our departments working in harmony to do the best we can.”

New for 2026 is a Bourbon & Beyond Group Reward Offer, where fans can create a group and share a unique link to track purchases. Groups that reach 10 or more passes will receive a $10 refund per pass (processed the week after the festival), and the largest group (with a minimum of 50, after sales close) will earn the Ultimate Bourbon & Beyond Experience. This year also sees the rollout of a revitalized Fork & Flask curated by Kroger experience, highlighting sprits and food pairings from local restaurants and bars looking to celebrate culture and creativity.
