Los Angeles-based artist management company Culture Wave, which launched in partnership with Red Light Management one year ago, continues to build momentum with the addition of two new artist managers and promotions from within.

Artist managers Ryan Cunningham and Mike Bingham have joined Culture Wave from Polarizer Management, bringing management clients including The Armed, Prostitute, Trauma Ray, Patrick Shiroishi, Truck Violence, Jodi, Spiritual Cramp and Agriculture. Cunningham will remain in his role at Biz 3 Publicity where he’s been a publicist for 12 years.

“I’m immensely excited to join Culture Wave and bring my roster over,” says Cunningham. “Jason, Andrew, and the team they’ve built lead with real care, innovation, and humanity, and that’s the environment I want my artists in.”

Bingham adds, “When the time came for Polarizer Management to align with a larger company to better serve our artists’ growth, Culture Wave’s scale, momentum, and strategic thinking reflected exactly the trajectory we were striving toward. We couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.”

Culture Wave Co-Founder Andrew Jarrin adds, “Mike and Ryan’s collaborative, forward-thinking approach fits seamlessly with what we’re building. Having true partners – people who push and support one another – makes all the difference.”

Culture Wave has also promoted Rachel Hacken to Artist Manager, transitioning from day-to-day support for Jason Mageau’s roster. Hacken now manages Kittie, Gore., Thousand Below, and Holy Wars.

“Rachel has been instrumental behind the scenes for years,” says Mageau. “She’s handled complex situations with care and precision, and I’m excited to support her continued growth.”

Hacken adds, “After working alongside Jason Mageau for the past 3.5 years, I’m excited to step into this new role and continue building my roster within Culture Wave.”

The management company continues to strengthen its team with several new hires, expanding operations across touring and marketing, with Alana Lopez joining as Touring & Logistics Manager, Madison Stern joining as Day To Day manager for Andrew Jarrin, Ana Garcia as Digital Marketing Coordinator, Erin Carignan as Day-to-Day Manager for Ryan Cunningham, and Joey Mullen (percussion for Paramore) as co-manager for the band Agriculture.

Highlights for the company in its year since launching independently include Spiritbox’s third consecutive Grammy nomination, which coincided with a performance at the 2026 Grammy Premiere Ceremony following up on the release of the band’s sophomore LP Tsunami Sea and headline touring highlights including a sold-out Alexandra Palace in London and support slot for Linkin Park at Wembley Stadium.

Other highlights include Neck Deep celebrating the 10-year anniversary of Life’s Not Out To Get You, alongside a fully sold-out UK tour and a Live Más campaign with Taco Bell. Loathe completed fully sold-out U.S. and EU/UK tours, supported Korn and Gojira on Canadian arena dates, and released new music in 2025. Kittie released Spit XXV, contributed to the Queen of the Ring soundtrack, launched a viral digital campaign, and toured major European festivals including Download, Graspop, and Hellfest.

The Free Nationals received a Webby nomination, supported Giveon on a sold-out tour, and announced a residency at Blue Note Los Angeles. Polaris supported Slipknot and A Day To Remember, announced their self-produced Life’s A Beach Festival, and revealed upcoming support tours with Linkin Park, Electric Callboy, and I Prevail through 2026.
