Greg Flanagan Joins UK Ticketing Firm Gigantic As Head Of Client Services

Gigantic, one of the UK’s main ticketing agencies and part of KMJ Entertainment/DEAG has appointed Greg Flanagan as its new Head of Client Services, a new, senior role created to strengthen the company’s service offering amid continued growth across its client base.

Flanagan has over 20 years’ experience in ticketing, most recently as Head of International Operations at See Tickets. During his time there, he played a key role in expanding international development and supporting strategic partnerships across multiple markets.

At Gigantic, Flanagan will lead the Client Services team, oversee group activity from KMJ Entertainment, and contribute to several key strategic developments currently underway within the business.

“The creation of the Head of Client Services role reflects Gigantic’s continued investment in its people and infrastructure as the company grows to meet increasing demand from promoters, venues, and event organizers,” according to the press release announcing Flanagan’s appointment.

German live entertainment giant Deutsche Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft (DEAG) announced the acquisition of a 75% stake in British ticket agency Gigantic Holdings Limited back in 2019.
