AXS Promotes Julie Lamb To Chief Talent Officer & Jason Boxer To Chief Financial Officer

AXS, one of the largest ticketers in the world, announced the promotions of Julie Lamb to chief talent officer and Jason Boxer to chief financial officer, and both will continue to report to CEO Bryan Perez.
Lamb, who previously served as senior vice president of human resources, will continue to lead the company’s global people strategy, and her new role includes focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness and building a scalable, inclusive, high-performance culture.

Julie is an exceptional leader who has played a pivotal role in creating this advantage by helping shape AXS’s culture and ensuring we have the best team in the industry,” Perez said in a statement.
Boxer was previously senior vice president of accounting and finance at AXS, and in his new position as CFO, he will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial strategy, including planning and analysis, accounting, treasure and long-term growth initiatives.
“As we continue to expand globally, Jason has had a critical impact on our growth and has helped lead our strategic acquisitions while architecting a globally integrated finance organization that allows us to operate consistently and with clarity all around the globe,” Perez said.
The announcement comes on the heels of the recent hirings of Nikhil Bobde as chief technology officer and Alex Hazboune as chief innovation officer.
