Goldenvoice Announces EDM Head Trip Fest For Indio With Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, Fisher B2B Chris Lake, Skrillex & More

Goldenvoice announced that Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, will open up its grounds on Oct. 10 and 11 for the one-time only event Head Trip, featuring Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, Fisher back-to-back Chris Lake (Under Construction), Skrillex, Peggy Gou back-to-back Four Set, Dom Dolla back-to-back Kettama and more. The festival will also feature the U.S. debut of the Sunflower Sound System designed by Floating Points.
The Sunflower Sound System, taking place inside a dam tent and decorated with tapestries and artwork commissioned by DJ and artist Josephine Chime, will be open all weekend long. Floating points and special guests will DJ in the tent throughout the weekend.
Head Trip will take place on one stage with no overlapping sets.
In 2023, Goldenvoice presented Power Trip from Oct. 6 to 8 with performances by Metallica, Iron Maiden, Guns N’ Roses, Tool, AC/DC and Judas Priest. Ozzy Osbourne was originally set to appear at the festival, but pulled out due to health concerns.
In 2016, Goldenvoice put on Desert Trip, a six-day event that ran from Oct. 7 to 9 and Oct. 14 to 16, featuring performances by The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Neil Young, Roger Waters and The Who.

Fans can secure tickets for $99 down. Passes go on sale March 13 at 11 a.m. PT.
