Empire Of The Sun Embarking On 31-Date ‘Ask That God Tour: Afterlife’ This Summer

Empire Of The Sun unveiled dates for its most ambitious North American tour yet, a 31-date trek that runs from August through September and concludes the duo’s Ask That God journey.
This year’s “Ask That God Tour: Afterlife” expands the universe introduced in the band’s 2024 album, Ask That God, and reimagines what the band explored during its sold-out 2025 run as a celebration of imagination, transformation and connection.
“It feels like a very pivotal time,” Luke Steele said in a statement. “We have a new song to sing, we have to step into a new doorway — a new chapter. The world is changing. It feels like a revolution in the world and we have to unite. Love is the power weapon.”
Following festival appearances at Osheaga, Up in the Sky and Outside Lands, Empire Of The Sun kicks off its Live Nation-promoted tour Aug. 11 at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado. The routing includes stops at Kansas City’s Morton Amphitheater, Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, Toronto’s RBC Amphitheatre, Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, Charlotte’s Truliant Amphitheater, Walmart AMP in Rogers, San Diego’s Gallagher Square at Petco Park and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles before wrapping up Oct. 9 t PH Live at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
Polo & Pan and Midnight Generation will support all headline dates.
The artist presale begins March 17 at 10 a.m. local time, and fans must sign up at https://livemu.sc/empireofthesun by March 15 at 11:59 p.m. PT. There will be multiple presales running throughout the week leading up to the general onsale, which begins March 20 at 10 a.m. local time at empireofthesun.co.
Empire Of The Sun’s expansive 2025 global tour included 22 countries and nine festivals. The duo sold more than 110,000 tickets in the U.S. and more than 40,000 in Mexico. One of their most successful outings was a sold-out show at Anthem in Washington, D.C., where they grossed $351,200 off 6,000 tickets sold, according to Pollstar Boxoffice.
Empire Of The Sun is booked worldwide by WME and managed by John Scholz and Tyler Goldberg of JET Management.
