2026 Women Of Live: Anna Savage
Anna Savage
Full Stop Management | Manager
HER RIDE OR DIE ACT | “The Beatles (I believe this is self explanatory).”

Anna Savage started her career in the live music business by answering a Craigslist ad to work at the Viper Room. Now, she’s a manager at Full Stop Management, the powerhouse firm behind clients like the Eagles, Harry Styles, Cardi B, Victoria Monét and Anderson .Paak. The latter has given Savage the opportunity to learn about far more than management; she executive produced .Paak’s debut feature film, “K-Pops!,” and it has given her a thirst for more of this kind of work.
“This was my first time executive producing a feature, and Anderson’s first time directing, co-writing and acting in one, so it definitely challenged us in ways we didn’t expect,” she explains.
“We are incredibly proud and deeply grateful for the opportunity to bring this joyful film to the world. We all learned so much, and we definitely plan on making more movies in the future! We also put together the most incredible soundtrack for the movie with the greatest K-pop idols, and I can’t wait for people to hear!”
Like many women, Savage’s career is not without its challenges.
“Women are more visible in leadership than ever before, and that’s a true show of progress,” she explains. “That said, the challenges are still real. As a mother, I often find that women still have to carry the additional burden of proving that they can do it all.
The rooms in this industry weren’t historically built for women, but especially not working mothers. So I find there’s still challenges that come with work-life balance that require additional resilience and support.”
Savage believes the live music industry is based on trust, and that you get back what you put into it.
“Your effort, your integrity, and the way you treat others directly shape the opportunities and relationships that come your way.”
Savage looks forward to two big projects in the near term.
“I’m incredibly excited about both Victoria Monét’s and Anderson .Paak’s upcoming solo projects,” she reveals. “I’ve been lucky enough to hear both, and I can confidently say the era of listening to full albums is back—no skips!”
