2026 Women Of Live: Geni Lincoln
Geni Lincoln
Live Nation | Co-President, U.S. Regions/President, California Region
HER PHILOSOPHY | “Always work hard and learn as much as you can, be accountable and genuine, and appreciate the team you are a part of.”

Geni Lincoln is a fixture at Live Nation concerts in California and starting this year, showgoers have another venue where they might spot her taking in a performance.
“[A] major highlight was hosting the first-ever stadium concerts at Stanford University with Coldplay, which helped establish the venue as a major concert destination. We’re excited to continue that momentum with BTS performing there later this year,” she says.
Those two Coldplay shows grossed a combined $13.3 million on 87,068 tickets, according to Pollstar Boxoffice reports. BTS is slated to perform three dates there in May as part of the now-reunited K-pop juggernaut’s world tour.
In addition to breaking in a Silicon Valley stadium for concerts, Lincoln was proud of veteran Mexican rockers Maná “achieving a record-setting number of performances in Los Angeles, becoming the artist with the most arena shows in the city’s history” in a five-day run in late November at Inglewood’s Kia Forum.
Lincoln knew she wanted to work in music even as a teenager, when she was “attending as many concerts as possible,” including a No Doubt show she said was a “defining moment.”
“It made me realize how much I loved being at live shows and solidified my desire to build a career in live music,” she says. “I was fortunate to begin my career as an intern at the Universal Amphitheatre with House of Blues Concerts, where I experienced firsthand the energy of live shows and learned the fundamentals of concert promotion. That foundation shaped my path and supported my later work both on the promoter side at Live Nation and on the venue side at the Forum.”
Going forward, Lincoln is excited about the launch of the Vinyl Room at the venerable Palladium in Hollywood, a new premium space for before, during and after shows at the 86-year-old venue.
The Golden State vet has strong advice for up-and-comers. “Take the time to find something you really love and fully commit to it, build strong relationships, and support the people around you along the way,” she says. “Always work hard and learn as much as you can, be accountable and genuine, and appreciate the team you are a part of.”
