Where It Began
“I ditched school on St. Patrick’s Day during my senior year of high school in Chicago. My best friend and I went downtown for the parade, and somewhere near the end of it, I had this realization: someone actually produces this. Someone is behind the scenes operating the entire event. And in that moment, I knew—I wanted to be that person.”

What A Friggin’ Year!
“It’s important to recognize what an incredible run of concerts we’ve had at Crypto.com Arena over the past year. The building had an impeccable stretch of shows from summer into fall. If I were to highlight one standout moment, it would be a special shoutout to AEG Presents for Laufey’s two-night run on Sept. 26 and 27. While there’s often nostalgia for the traditional path—breaking an artist through radio—someone like Laufey might never have broken through without modern technology and social media. … Her success is a powerful example of that evolution.”

Women Are Rocking!
“I don’t view this as a fraught time—I see it as a moment of opportunity. There are more women working in this industry today than ever before … The progress women have made—and the complex, high-level roles they now hold—is incredible. … When you look at the artist side, some of our biggest shows feature Laufey, Sabrina Carpenter, Ariana Grande, Olivia Dean, and Megan Moroney. That’s extraordinary. When you’re talking about the very top tier of talent, this is what it looks like.”

Welcome aboard! LFG!
“I have only been general manager for eight months—not even a year—and this has been one of the most efficiently run buildings in the world for the past 25 years. That foundation is extraordinary. What excites me is unfolding the next chapter—Crypto.com Arena 2.0—and transforming this building into the most hospitable and dynamic revenue engine in all of Los Angeles.”
