2026 Women Of Live: Mary Conde
Mary Conde
Another Planet Entertainment | Senior Vice President
RIDE OR DIE ARTIST | “Taylor Swift – 100%. I walked into Levi’s Stadium for ‘The Eras Tour’ a casual fan. I left a die-hard Swiftie. I have a vanity license plate. My Spotify wrapped had me in the top 0.05% of listeners.”

Mary Conde grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area attending the famed Day On The Green concerts and amazed by the larger-than-life presence of promoter pioneer Bill Graham. Today, she has a senior role at the promoter largely carrying the mantle for Bill Graham Presents, with Another Planet Entertainment riding a wave of momentum starting with last year’s opening of Channel 24 in Sacramento, a massive Golden Gate Park summer to go along with Outside Lands festival, which has become a staple on the annual concert calendar.
For Pollstar’s Women of Live feature, she shares a few recent highlights as well as some advice.
The Castro Comes Online
“After five and half years, the Castro Theatre opened on Feb. 10 with the first of 20 sold out Sam Smith shows. Working on this venue has been a labor of love; we did a $41 million dollar renovation that reimagined the space from top to bottom. The Castro is an architectural jewel, and working within the confines of historic preservation was certainly a challenge. We’ve worked closely with the community to ensure that it stays true to its 1922 film palace legacy. It’s an important venue in San Francisco and recognized around the globe for its place within the LGBTQ+ community. ”
Cheers To Bad-Ass Women
“There are more women than ever in the touring realm. I love seeing younger women coming through as production managers and tour managers. We are lacking representation in the technical side of things, but I think we can close the gap. I feel like younger women that I work with have poise and self-assuredness that I admire greatly. At Another Planet we have an amazing roster of bad-ass women. I just love it so much!”
Sage Southwest
“I have a speech I give new employees — I call it the Southwest speech: Every artist and patron has a choice on where to spend their time and money. If we don’t treat them well, they will go somewhere else next time. We need to appreciate the people that work with us and patronize our shows.”
