WORKING WOMEN | “There are more women in leadership positions than ever before, but the reality is most of them still have to work harder to get there.”

Sina Hall is one of the first live professionals in Germany to see country music’s global appeal, founding “Sound of Nashville” in 2018, an umbrella brand for touring country artists, and becoming head of the Country to Country festival in Berlin. As a key member of Germany-based concert promoter Semmel Concerts, she is a proud member of the international CMA Task Force and serves on the CMA Board of Directors.
ON THE POWER OF HAPPY, EXCITED FANS
“A personal highlight of 2025 for me – and for my team – was C2C: Country to Country Festival. We presented an incredible and diverse lineup, including Sam Barber, Avery Anna, Shaboozey, Dasha, Dylan Gossett, Lainey Wilson, and many more. Watching Lainey Wilson’s journey – from playing small club shows to headlining major festivals – has been particularly inspiring. She has built an outstanding team of women around her who are unbelievably hardworking and motivating. Witnessing artists grow and succeed is probably my favorite part of this job.
“But what truly made it a highlight was seeing happy, excited fans; artists discovering one another and new markets; and sharing emotional moments with my team. They worked hard, passionately, and with unmatched attention to detail. Watching them take on new responsibilities, succeed, and support one another was a very personal highlight for me. I’m truly surrounded by the best team.”
PHILOSOPHY THAT GUIDES HER CAREER
“I always tell my team: learn as much as you can. Take everything in. Never be too proud to do the small, helpful tasks — they matter. Even the difficult experiences can teach you something valuable. Especially in the first third of my career, I had quite a few experiences that I would file under ‘how not to do it.’ But every one of them was a lesson. You can always turn setbacks into insight — and then try to do it better next time.
“Don’t lose your passion or your curiosity. In this industry, that can be harder than it sounds. Celebrate the small victories. Enjoy them. Work hard and give it your best shot every single time. I truly believe that passionate, committed work pays off in the long run.”
