Live Nation Appoints Viviana Suarez As VP Of Latin Touring In LATAM

Live Nation bolstered its touring capabilities across Latin America by hiring Viviana Suarez as vice president of Latin Touring, Live Nation Latin America, the global entertainment company announced Thursday afternoon.
Boasting more than a decade of industry experience, Suarez will support the department’s touring strategy and artist booking across the LATAM region. She will also look to expand live music experiences and opportunities for artists in the region.
Suarez previously served as booking director at Cárdenas Marketing Network and oversaw more than 200 international shows during her time with the Latin promoter. She also worked at Seitrack US, where she directed touring and logistics for more than 150 concerts annually.
The hiring is another major move to strengthen Live Nation’s global touring team. The major promoter hired veteran booker Fabiano De Quieroz, who previously oversaw Move Concerts’ regional teams across LATAM, in January.
Live Nation has not only fortified its global touring staff but also its venue portfolio. The promoter is bullish on South America, recently partnering with BeLive Entertainment Group to become a majority stakeholder in Movistar Arena in Santiago, Chile, which is one of the busiest buildings in Latin America. Live Nation also made a majority investment in Bizarro Live Entertainment’s Peruvian operation to bring more artists to Lima and inked a deal with Dale Play and Club Atlético River Plate, one of Argentina’s most popular pro soccer teams, granting Live Nation exclusive live show presentation and naming rights at Estadio Mâs Monumental in Buenos Aires.
