VenuesNow Conference 2026 & Secure Venues Summit To Take Place In Seattle 

With the wrap of another successful edition of Pollstar Live!, the initial details have been announced for VenuesNow Conference 2026. VNC, produced by Pollstar, will be hosted in Seattle, alongside the inaugural OVG & Prevent Advisors Secure Venues Summit (SVS).

The events promise to bring together three days of content with two industry-defining conferences where innovation meets impact. 

The one-day SVS kicks things off Sept. 28, by convening leaders across sports and entertainment to address the evolving landscape of safety, security, and risk prevention through expert-led discussions and collaboration.

The momentum continues September 29–30 with VNC, presented by Oracle, delivering two days of forward-looking insights on the trends shaping modern venues – from content and bookings to premium experiences, technology, and data – alongside keynotes, panels, and curated networking designed to spark ideas, foster connections, and drive business across the live entertainment ecosystem. 

VNC 2025 marked the conference’s debut in Las Vegas and included a half day of content devoted to sustainability. Highlights from VNC 2025 included “Venues Of Vegas: An Update on the Las Vegas Athletics” moderated by John Saccenti of ESPN Events, featuring President of the Athletics, Marc Badain, the A’s VP, Marketing & Communications, Catherine Aker, Todd Bishop of CAA ICON, and Logan Gerken of Mortenson and a special “Platform for Sustainability” Q&A to kick off the sustainability content featuring musician and climate advocate Adam Met, PhD, educator, advocate, and musician of the multi-platinum band AJR, in conversation with OVG’s Interim CEO Chris Granger.

Registration is open now, with SVS starting at $399 and VNC early bird pricing starting at $899. A bundle is available for VNC and SVS, priced at $1,300 until May 1.
