FORM Returns To Arcosanti Oct. 9-11, Featuring Lorde, Geese, Adrianne Lenker, Blood Orange, Turnstile, More

The intimate, uniquely curated FORM festival returns to the Arizona desert Oct. 9-11 with a compelling lineup at Arcosanti topped by Lorde, Geese, Adrianne Lenker, Blood Orange, Kamasi Washington, Turnstile and Disclosure.

WIth a capacity of 2,500, tickets are hard to come by, and the announcement states that “very limited final tickets” are on sale today. Additional artists on the lineup include James K, John Carroll Kirby, Julianna Barwick & Mary Lattimore, Seun Keti & Egypt 80, Zack Fox and more, with the billing stating “no overlapping sets” and strict capacity of 2,500 attendees.

Noted on the announcement is that FORM 2026 will be one of Lorde’s smallest performances ever, Adrianne Lenker’s only solo show of 2026 and include genre-bending experimental sets from JAmes K and Underscores, avant garde producer Dylan Brady and noise rock band YHWH Nailgun.

Beginning in 2014 as a release part for founder and curator Zach Tetreault’s band Hundred Waters, FORM has grown into a unique event while hosting major touring talent like Florence + The Machine, Anderson .Paak and many others.

This year, FORM partners with Spotify to present a dedicated “Fresh Finds” stage, with a to-be lineup curated in collaboration between FORM and Spotify. The ambient “Envelop Stage” will see performances all weekend from Christopher Willits, Tycho and more.

USAL will lead hikes and coordinate onsite wellness programming.

All Tier 1 and 2 tickets sold out instantly upon announcement in March, but more tickets have been released and are expected to sell quickly soon.
