AEG Presents Names Katie Mae Miller & Chelsea Cloud As VPs In Marketing Division

AEG Presents has added two new Vice Presidents to its Marketing division with Katie Mae Miller named VP, Integrated Marketing, AEG Regions, and Chelsea Cloud named VP, Integrated Marketing, Goldenvoice.
Both Miller and Cloud will report to Victoria Torchia, SVP, Marketing & Digital Strategy, AEG Presents.
“Katie Mae and Chelsea are both highly respected marketing leaders with a deep understanding of how to connect artists, brands, and fans in meaningful ways,” said Torchia. “Their experience and perspective will be instrumental as we continue to evolve our integrated marketing capabilities and support the growth of our global business.”
Miller, who is based in Atlanta, previously served as Senior Director, Integrated Marketing at Zero Mile, a subsidiary of AEG Presents.
Today’s announcement notes that Miller “will be responsible for elevating the company’s regional marketing performance across North America, focusing on developing top-tier marketing talent, strengthening operational excellence, and championing innovative, data‑driven strategies that enhance fan engagement and drive ticket sales.” She has more than a decade of senior marketing leadership experience, with expertise in live event promotions, regional marketing and scalable marketing systems.
“I’m incredibly excited to keep building on what makes this work so special – bringing artists, brands, and fans together in meaningful ways,” said Miller. “We have an incredible team in the regional offices, and I’m genuinely excited about what we’re creating and where we can take it next.”
Cloud, who will be based in Los Angeles, is joining Goldenvoice from Universal Music Group, where she was the VP of Global Brand Partnerships.
Her new role will see Cloud leading “Goldenvoice’s brand strategy and integrated marketing to drive ticket sales, revenue growth, and audience engagement.”
Cloud has spent nearly two decades in the music industry and during her time at UMG she worked on high-profile artist and brand partnerships that merged cultural relevance with commercial impact. The announcement adds that “her portfolio includes standout campaigns such as Ludacris x Android, Jon Batiste x Lincoln Motors, Rolling Stones x Keurig, American Airlines’ “Fly to the Beat” featuring Juanes, and American Eagle Outfitters’ “AE x ME” — a multi-artist platform spotlighting Lewis Capaldi, Bea Miller, Bibi Bourelly, Jade Bird, and Trinidad Cardona, among many others.”
“Joining Goldenvoice feels like a natural evolution of my career and a meaningful return to my roots in Los Angeles,” Cloud said in a statement. “Having grown up attending shows at their iconic venues, I’ve seen the brand’s unique ability to connect with audiences. I am eager to leverage my background at UMG to champion creative, data-driven strategies that amplify our market presence and continue to elevate the live music experience.”
