UTA Signs Zhamira Zambrano

UTA has signed Zhamira Zambrano with the agency representing the Latin star globally in all areas. The talent company will work with Zambrano across live touring, media, brand partnerships, film and television opportunities, and strategic business ventures worldwide.
The Venezuelan singer-songwriter, who is known solely as Zhamira, is currently on the road, with tour dates booked through September. Zhamira’s “Curita Para el Corazón Tour” kicked off May 1 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and continues with tonight’s show in New York City. After initially booking a gig at the 650-capacity Gramercy Theatre, demand led to the May 19 show being moved to the 1,200-cap Irving Plaza.
Upcoming tour stops include the Dominican Republic, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador and Spain, as well as a few more gigs in the U.S. including Boston, Chicago and Atlanta.
Today’s announcement from UTA notes that “with more than 8 million followers across social platforms and one of the fastest-growing fanbases in Latin music, Zambrano has quickly emerged as one of the most exciting new artists in the genre. The Venezuelan singer-songwriter has captivated audiences through her emotional storytelling, powerful vocals, and modern blend of Latin pop, reggaeton, and romantic balladry.”
Zhamira is continuing to support her debut album, 2025’sCurita Para el Corazón, which is described as exploring “heartbreak, healing, vulnerability, and love, while showcasing her artistic range through collaborations with artists including Greeicy, Jay Wheeler, and Kennyy.” The LP includes the single “No Me Quiero Ir,” which reached No. 1 on YouTube’s Daily Chart.
After bursting onto the music scene as a finalist on Univision’s La Banda in 2016, she’s continued to earn accolades including Best New Artist nominations at both the Latin American Music Awards and Premios Juventud, along with a Musical Promise recognition at Premios Heat.
UTA adds that “her relationship and creative collaborations with husband Jay Wheeler have also become a defining part of Latin pop culture, particularly following the birth of their daughter, Aiunii, in September 2024. Together, the family has resonated with millions of fans across the world, helping further amplify Zambrano’s cultural impact and visibility.”
