The Script Announce UK & Ireland Headline Tour

The Script will follow their new album, due Aug. 14, with a UK and Ireland arena tour which kicks off in October, with further global touring also confirmed for 2027.
The headline tour will follow their summer run as special guests on Take That’s 15-date stadium tour, playing to an audience of 1.3 million, as well as five dates as special guest to Luke Combs including at Slane Castle in Ireland.
The Script’s phenomenal and long-lasting success has seen them achieve six UK #1 albums and eight back home in Ireland, in the process exceeding 14 billion streams, 5 million album sales, and countless international Platinum certifications led by two US Platinum singles and two US Top 10 albums.
Their first single, ‘Man In The Arena’, off the new album The User’s Guide To Being Human, is out now.
‘The User’s Guide To Being Human’ follows 2024’s ‘Satellites’. It was a record that saw vocalist Danny O’Donoghue attempt to process the grief that followed the tragic passing of his bandmate and friend Mark Sheehan in 2023. The record was followed by a global arena tour in which every show paid tribute to Mark.
Highlights from that run taken from Pollstar Boxoffice include a sold-out O2 in London, Nov. 23, 2024, which moved 17,706 tickets at a $1,361,445 gross; a Nov. 26, 2024 show at The OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland, (12,749 tickets, $942,485 grossed); and a sold-out performance at Co-op Live Manchester, England, Nov, 30 (17,262, $1,231,098).
Fans who pre-order the new album from the official The Script store will receive access to a fan pre-sale for tour tickets. The pre-sale will open at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27, before remaining tickets go on sale from 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 29.
