Walter Kolm Entertainment announced the signing of Spanish singer-songwriter Ana Mena to an exclusive global management deal, bolstering its Latin music roster by adding a multiplatinum star who has seen success in Spain and Italy.

WK Entertainment will oversee the artist’s touring, brand partnerships, media opportunities and international expansion initiatives.

Mena is a multi-hyphenate star who began her career in entertainment as an actress, appearing in a TV movie before winning Disney’s My Camp Rock series in 2010, where she displayed her musical talent. She was also featured in the 2011 movie The Skin I Live In directed by legendary Spanish filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ana Mena to the WK Entertainment family,” Walter Kolm, founder & CEO of WK Entertainment, said in a statement. “Ana is an extraordinary talent with a unique global appeal, and we look forward to supporting the next phase of her already incredible career.”

Mena has multiple songs that have generated six-figure streams, including “Madrid City,” “LAS 12” and “A Un Paso De La Luna.” She has collaborated with artists such as Emilia, Belinda, Abraham Mateo, Becky G, Rocco Hunt, De La Ghetto and Natalia Lacunza.

The 29-year-old star recently became the first female Latin artist to headline a major music festival in Asia, topping the bill at Tokyo’s A-Nation Festival, and Mena was honored by her native country earlier this year with the Medal of Andalucía in the Culture and Heritage category.

“After so many years sharing this journey, seeing Ana begin this new chapter alongside Walter and WK Entertainment fills me with excitement,” said President of Sony Music Iberia and Portugal José María Barbat. “Her charisma, authenticity, and ability to connect with people have been key to her success and everything that lies ahead. I’m thrilled to continue supporting her as she takes this global leap alongside a team that has helped shape some of the biggest Latin superstars in the world.”
