Singer-songwriter MJ Lenderman has dropped off the bill for Zach Bryan’s stadium run.

Bryan’s tour began in March and Lenderman was due to join the tour — which includes support from Alabama Shakes, Dijon, Ben Howard and more — July 31 in San Diego and continue on the road with Bryan into September.

“MJ Lenderman and the Wind are no longer able to join Zach Bryan on tour next month,” Lenderman wrote on social media. “After years on the road, I need time to rest, recalibrate and work on new songs. Thank you to Zach for the invitation — we’ll see you all another time.”

Lenderman concluded a two-month 20-show co-headline run with Waxahatchee May 6. He toured and played festivals extensively through the fall and winter.

Highlights from the run with Waxahatchee include a 2,792-ticket sellout at Seattle’s Paramount Theatre May 3, grossing $159,102, according to Pollstar Boxoffice reports.

Lenderman is repped by THE·TEAM’s Andrew Morgan.
