Menudo Members Reunite For ’50th Anniversary Tour’ Celebrating The Latin Group’s Legacy

Iconic Latin pop group Menudo is reuniting to celebrate the group’s 50th anniversary with a North American run this fall.
The special event marks the first official reunion under the Menudo brand with former members René Farrait (1979–1982), Roy Rossello (1983–1986), Raymond Acevedo (1985–1988), Sergio Blass (1986–1990), Ralphy Rodríguez (1987), Rubén Gómez (1987–1990), and Robert Avellanet (1988–1991) coming together to bring back “Menudomania” to fans in major markets like Los Angeles, Chicago and New York.
The Live Nation-promoted “Menudo 50th Anniversary Tour” kicks off Oct. 10 at YouTube Theater in Inglewood, California, followed by a show at Rosemont Theatre near Chicago on Oct. 23. The group then makes its way to New York’s United Palace on Nov. 7, Mexico City’s Teatro Metropolitan on Nov. 28, Hard Rock Live Hollywood in Florida on Dec. 4 and Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on Dec. 12.
Tickets will be available via a presale for Citi cardmembers June 16 at 10 a.m. local time, followed by the general onsale, which begins June 19 at 10 a.m. local time at LiveNation.com.
