Creative Artists Agency Unveils New Office At Nashville Yards

Creative Artists Agency has officially opened the doors to its new office at Nashville Yards, with today’s announcement noting that the move is a big milestone for CAA’s “continued expansion and investment in Nashville and the broader Southeast region.”
Nashville Yards is a mixed-use district in the heart of downtown that spans 19 acres, which was developed by Southwest Value Partners and AEG. The area, which is located just steps away from Broadway, boasts the 4,500-capacity live music venue The Pinnacle, along with a 12-screen experiential cinema and dining, retail, hospitality, office, and residential space.
CAA’s workplace will occupy 75,000 square feet across two floors of the CAA Creative Office Building at 955 Church Street. The workplace was designed by award-winning firm CannonDesign and incorporates the surrounding area with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows providing views of Nashville Yards and the city, as well as private terraces on both levels.

Today’s announcement adds that “the space is outfitted with artist and athlete hospitality areas, creative lounges, and dedicated recording and content-capture studios, in addition to premium employee amenities. The arrival experience is anchored by an open staircase and digital displays showcasing CAA and client work. A central and immersive Social Hub is surrounded by a variety of flexible gathering spaces, including private conference rooms, a listening lounge, a sports lounge, wellness rooms, and two speakeasies.”
Following a series of gatherings welcoming colleagues, guests and clients to the new office, employees will begin working out of the new space on July 6.
The office will be home to 160 CAA employees working in Global Touring, Music Brand Partnerships, Tour Marketing, Creators, Baseball, Football, Coaches, Brand Consulting, Property Sales, and CAA ICON, the industry-leading owner’s representative and strategic management consulting firm that oversees the development, design, and construction of major stadiums worldwide. The announcement points out that milestones for CAA ICON in Nashville include guiding the development of Nashville SC’s GEODIS Park. The organization is currently providing project development and management services for the Tennessee Titans’ new Nissan Stadium.
CAA’s permanent presence in Nashville dates back to 1991 and the agency had previously called Truist Plaza its Nashville home since 2011.
“We’re incredibly proud to open the doors of our new Nashville home,” CAA Sports Co-Head and CAA Managing Director Howie Nuchow said in a statement. “Our office reflects both the tremendous growth of our business and our long-term commitment to the community, bringing colleagues and clients together in a collaborative environment that embodies the creative energy and vibrant culture that distinguish both CAA and Nashville today.”
CAA Head of Nashville Music Jeff Krones added, “This move begins an exciting new chapter for the agency after more than 35 years in the city. Nashville is home to an extraordinary ecosystem of artists, songwriters, athletes, entrepreneurs, and industry partners. We’re grateful for the relationships and trust that have helped shape our presence here and look forward to building on that foundation for our people and our clients.”
Of note, the new CAA office was designed with sustainability at its core and is pursuing WELL Gold and LEED Platinum certifications. This reflects the agency’s “commitment to environmental performance, employee well-being, and best-in-class workplace design.” The announcement adds that the “fully electric building operates at more than 20 percent greater energy efficiency than standard office buildings and incorporates cleaner air, filtered water, abundant natural light, and ergonomic workstations.”
CAA’s Co-Head Of Global Touring Rick Roskin, music agent Jenna Park Adler and Managing Director Lucy Dickins were recently honored as part of Pollstar‘s Impact 50 list.
