Exclusive: THE·TEAM Promotes 3 Senior Leaders to Executive Vice President

THE·TEAM has promoted senior leaders Sam Alpert, Joe Atamian and Mike Greisch to executive vice president, the global agency announced Friday, marking the company’s first internal promotions to EVP since the music division launched in 2021.
Each executive has made significant contributions to the THE·TEAM’s diverse artist roster and has helped shape the company’s growth, culture and strategic direction.
“These promotions reflect the kind of leadership we believe in — people who have built their careers here, who lead with integrity, and who consistently show up for our artists and for each other,” said Lee Anderson, co-president of THE·TEAM’s music group. “Joe, Mike and Sam have each played an important role in defining what THE·TEAM has become since launch, and we’re proud to recognize that impact as they step into this next chapter.”
Alpert is based in New York and leads a global team focusing on tour marketing, pricing and ticketing with a fan-first, data-led approach. He’s worked on campaigns for major acts like Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros, Disclosure, Fred again.., ODESZA, $UICIDEBOY$, Kaytranada, The Postal Service and ZEDD. He joined Paradigm in 2014 and launched their tour marketing department, as well as building and scaling other divisions, including artist marketing, global pricing & ticketing and U.K. tour marketing. Alpert recently expanded THE·TEAM’s tour marketing division to Asia with a team based in Singapore.
Atamian has been with the company since 2007 and helped lead its evolution from Monterey Peninsula Artists to Paradigm to THE·TEAM. The Chicago-based executive boasts nearly two decades of experience and has built a reputation for developing talent early in their careers and guiding them toward success on the road. His roster includes Noah Kahan, The Lumineers, Black Pumas, Iron & Wine, Sam Barber, Richy Mitch & The Coal Miners and Max McNown.
Greisch is also based in Chicago and represents some of THE·TEAM’s most prominent artists, including Dave Matthews Band and Phish—acts consistently on Pollstar’s touring charts. His roster includes Caamp, Dispatch, Ray LaMontagne, Jason Mraz, and Foy Vance, alongside emerging artists Briscoe and The 502s.
