Justin Bieber Relives Coachella Set With Surprise Release Of ‘SWAG’ Live Album

Music fans can revisit the most talked-about performance from this year’s Coachella. Justin Bieber announced the release of SWAG LIVE FROM COACHELLA (WEEKEND I), a live album available on all music platforms that includes his memorable 22-song set during the first weekend of the megafestival.

It marked the global superstar’s first major live performance in four years, and with his music bridging multiple generations, Bieber drew one of the largest crowds in the festival’s history. The set included the artist’s work from his SWAG era as well as fan favorites and an acoustic performance.

The set also featured a number of special guests, including The Kid LAROI, Tems, Wizkid, Dijon and Mk.gee.

The performance will also be rebroadcast on his YouTube channel, and the encore will stream on June 26 at 4 p.m. PST / 7 p.m. EST.

It was a triumphant return for Bieber, with his performance drawing 147 million global views, making it the most viewed in the festival’s history, according to a release announcing the live album.

The memorable moment led to a streaming boom for the artist. He amassed more than 105 million Spotify streams on April 15, the largest single streaming day of his career, and he closed the week with a gargantuan 431 million global streams.

Bieber last went on a formal tour in 2022 with his “Justice World Tour,” performing in arenas all over the world. One of his most successful outings was a sold-out two-night stand at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles in March 2022, grossing $4,218,557 off 25,714 tickets, according to Pollstar Boxoffice.
