Jonas Brothers Announce Return To Madison Square Garden With New Event

The Jonas Brothers are returning to Madison Square Garden with a limited-time affair dubbed “The Burning Up Tour All Over Again,” taking place on Aug. 20 & Aug. 21, promoted by Live Nation. The tour is billed as a “one-of-a-kind event” in honor of the trio’s career-defining “Burning Up Tour,” which kicked originally off in July 2008.

The original “Burning Up Tour” was a commercial success for the rising stars in 2008, as the Jonas Brothers sold out almost every venue on the tour, per Pollstar Boxoffice reports.

While the “Burning Up Tour” supported band’s third studio album, A Little Bit Longer, and the release of the Camp Rock soundtrack, “The Burning Up Tour All Over Again” will be a celebration of their “music, memories, and the connection” the Jonas Brothers have amassed over the past two decades. And the special event couldn’t come at a better time; Kevin, Nick, and Joe will be returning to Disney Channel in Camp Rock 3 on Aug 13, just a week before their two-night MSG event. Then, on Aug. 16, the trio will be officially immortalized as Disney Legends, one of The Walt Disney Company’s highest honors, recognizing their lasting impact on music, film, television, and generations of fans.

“When we looked at everything happening this summer, it felt like the right moment to celebrate one of the most exciting times of our lives,” said the Jonas Brothers. “The original ‘Burning Up Tour’ was an exhilarating time in our lives, and getting the chance to relive that with the fans – while celebrating everything that’s happened since – means the world to us. We can’t wait to run it back.”
