Madonna To Play Underplay Show At Knockdown Center In NYC

New York City is being blessed with another pop-up show from Madonna. The Queen of Pop is set to take the stage at Knockdown Center this weekend as she continues promoting her latest album, Confessions II.

Madonna celebrated Pride Month with a surprise appearance in Times Square on June 4. The event, which was put on in collaboration with Grindr, included tracks from her new album, commonly referred to as Confessions on a Dance Floor: Part II, including “I Feel So Free” and “Love Sensation,” according to Entertainment Weekly.
And now the superstar will take part in an underplay show at Knockdown Center in Queens, which has a capacity of 3,100 on July 11. Along with Madonna, the lineup includes Stuart Price, Honey Dijon, Fcukers, Junior Sanchez and Sam-E.
Though Madonna’s name is seemingly nowhere to be found on the venue’s website (at least as of post time), Knockdown Center confirmed the appearance by sharing a poster on their Instagram stories dedicated to “Club Confessions New York” that invites fans to “Come To The Club Come Into The Club Of Love.”
Knockdown Center is selling tickets to two nights of Honey Dijon July 11-12, featuring Quentin Harris on July 11 and Tedd Patterson on July 12. The July 11 show is sold out, though a waitlist is available via DICE.
