JAŸ-Z Adds Second Stadium Shows For London, Los Angeles

JAŸ-Z has heard the demand for more shows and has added two more shows to his London and Los Angeles stadium stops. Hov and Roc Nation announced that the newly added London date will take place on Sept. 5 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, following the show on Sept. 4. For Los Angeles, a second show has been added for Oct. 24, at SoFi Stadium, following the previously announced Oct. 23 performance. Additionally, these dates join the rapper’s Paris show at Stade de France on Sept. 10.

According to an official press release, tickets for the new dates will be available starting Wednesday, July 29 at 10am local time via presale. In London, presales include early access to tickets for O2 and Virgin Media customers, on Priority. In Los Angeles, Citi is the official card of the JAŸ-Z 30 performances. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning Wednesday, July 29 at 10 a.m. local time until 10pm local time through the Citi Entertainment program. The general on-sale for the new dates will begin July 30 at 10 a.m. local time at livenation.com. The new dates arrive on the heels of JAŸ-Z’s run of sold-out shows at Yankee Stadium, where each night amassed record-breaking attendance numbers. Desiree Perez, CEO of Roc Nation, recently spoke to Pollstar about the historic run of shows, explaining that the event’s success, despite the obstacles, underscored Hov’s greatness.

“JAŸ’s [Yankee Stadium shows] illuminated this perspective on his career,” Perez said. “And with Sunday…as I’m talking to you, I realize — with everything that happened that day — it actually makes you realize how much of an icon he truly is.”
