Jorja Smith Announces North American Fall Run 

With just a few weeks to go before the release of her new album, English singer/songwriter Jorja Smith has booked a run of theater gigs in North America for November. 

“LA. SAN FRANCISCO. TORONTO. NYC. CHICAGO. I’m coming to your cities in NOVEMBER!! Can’t wait to perform for you guys again,” Smith posted on Instagram this week.

The brief outing starts Nov. 14 at Los Angeles’ Orpheum Theater, followed by stops at San Francisco’s The Castro, Toronto’s Massey Hall, Brooklyn’s Kings Theater and Chicago’s The Riviera Theater. 

Smith’s previously announced schedule includes several festival appearances, including All Points East in Budapest, Hungary, and three more shows in Mexico City with Harry Styles. The Styles gigs, scheduled Aug. 7-8 and 10, are the final three nights of a six-night run at Estadio GNP Seguros booked as part of his “Together, Together Tour.” 

Smith’s new album, What Are The Odds, is due out Aug. 21 via FAMM. The album, which features sold production from P2J, is described as “confidently channelling UKG, Grime, 2Step, Funky House, Soulful House and Afro House.” Singles include “What’s Done Is Done,” and “Alive,” featuring Wizkid.

“This is music to make you move,” Smith said in a statement. “I want people to hear it on the dancefloor, where the sun is shining, in the car and in their headphones on the night bus home. This is a record for driving and vibing.”

Smith’s team includes CAA as her agency and FAMM for management.
