In celebration of her new album Crisco (available Oct. 2 via MCA), Miranda Lambert returns to her home state for a one-night-only album release show on Oct. 6 at Billy Bob’s Texas, with tickets on sale to the general public Aug. 14 at 10:00 AM/CT.

The iconic Fort Worth location is a natural choice for the record release. Crisco was inspired by the kinship between country music’s dance hall tradition and its shared heartbeat with disco clubs.

“When I was in the studio recording Crisco, I kept picturing the rhinestone saddle at Billy Bob’s,” shared Lambert in the announcement. “It’s the perfect visual for a country disco album: honky tonk with some extra rhinestones and shine. I’ve played some of my all-time favorite shows at Billy Bob’s and it felt like the best place to bring everyone together to have fun and live out the feeling of this album.”

The show announcement comes on the heels of the Aug. 7 release of “Sunset Marquis” a dreamy, California-tinged song that joins the previously released title track plus “Till The Going’s Gone” and the Grammy-nominated duet “A Song To Sing” with Chris Stapleton.
