GREAT PERKS
“During college I had to drive around a branded Mix 107.9 ice cream truck.”

RECENT CAREER HIGHLIGHTS & A GREAT SHOW SHE’S RECENTLY SEEN
“Clients Audrey Nuna and Ejae of ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ earning Women of the Year at 2026’s Billboard Women in Music Event alongside taking home the Grammy and Oscar for the original song ‘Golden’ and popping out with KATSEYE at Coachella.

“Overseeing Emma Grede’s debut book tour, ‘Start With Yourself,’ & earning a spot on the NYT Best Sellers List. Selling out Violet Grohl’s first run of headline shows to celebrate the release of her debut album, Be Sweet To Me.”

As for most recent shows, Teddy Swims at Radio City Music Hall “was my first time at the venue, which is iconic on its own,” she says. “Teddy’s fans are from all backgrounds, ages and places, and they all sing along to every song, so it felt special to be a part of that audience.”

WHAT INSPIRED HER TO WORK IN THE LIVE BIZ & HER FIRST GIG IN THE INDUSTRY
“A combination of MTV, specifically ‘TRL’ and Kenneth the Page from “30 Rock.’ “I had a marketing internship at the radio station in Columbus, Ohio, during college where I had to drive around a branded Mix 107.9 ice cream truck during summer block parties and hand out treats.”

ON THE IMPORTANCE OF MENTORSHIP & COMPETENT LEADERSHIP
“My family serves as my first round of mentors as they’re all very different, but I’ve learned from their empathy, diligence and passion. In my career, my mentors have been Beth Hamilton, Jay Williams and Kirk Sommer. They lead by example and are the hardest-working people I know. Success has never enabled them to take their foot off the gas, and they’re always willing to connect and teach, which I think is the only way to empower the next generation to succeed.

“As for a great boss, that is someone who embraces the highs and lows. Striving for excellence but knowing perfection doesn’t exist and always learning from their failures.”

WHAT’S NEXT?
“Lots of signing and getting all my artists on the road! They all have such amazing music coming out. I’m looking forward to their tours. I love artists who are creative and never stop asking what’s next and why, so keeping them busy in all areas is the goal.”
