Bret Michaels Cancels 2026 Tour Dates

Under doctors’ orders, Bret Michaels has canceled his remaining 2026 tour dates.
The Poison frontman underwent surgery last month for kidney stones and said that he had performed through significant pain several times this summer. He was hospitalized following a July 18 concert in Spokane, Washington, and stayed off the road until a concert Aug. 21 in Georgia.
Immediately thereafter, according to posts on Michaels’ social media, doctors determined it was best for him to take several months off to recover.
“We will be pulling Bret off the road for the time being. He wanted to attempt this show, but we feel there is a much-needed period of rest and slow recovery ahead, especially considering the heat and humidity during the summer months and the effect it can have on his blood sugar levels,” his doctors said in a statement posted to his social media accounts.
Michaels is repped by UTA.
