The Intuit Dome will be the home of Los Angeles’ professional women’s volleyball team when LOVB Los Angeles begins play next year.

Set to join League One Volletball for the 2027 season, LOVB Los Angeles will play in the largest venue in the league, by far, at the 18,000-capacity Inglewood venue.

“Volleyball already has one of the largest and most passionate communities in Southern California. What it hasn’t had is a professional stage that matches the scale of that fandom,” said Alexis Ohanian, Founder of 776 and Owner of LOVB Los Angeles. “Intuit Dome gives us exactly that. We’re building LOVB Los Angeles with the ambition to create one of the best live experiences in women’s sports – and there’s no better place to do it than LA.”

“Southern California has an extensive, storied and passionate volleyball community hungry for a next level professional volleyball experience,” said Gillian Zucker, CEO of Halo Sports & Entertainment. “No one recognizes that opportunity more than Alexis Ohanian and 776 who bring an established track record in women’s sports and bold ambitions for advancing their mission of world class women’s athletics. As the home court for LOVB LA, Intuit Dome is honored to play a small role in that vision here in Los Angeles.”

LOVB Los Angeles will officially unveil its brand to the city at an invitation-only Brand Launch Event on September 25, 2026 at Intuit Dome.
