George Strait Tops Stacked ‘Boots In The Park New Mexico,’ Joined by Jason Aldean, Brooks & Dunn, Zach Top, Jon Pardi

After smashes with Luke Combs in 2025 and Post Malone & Jelly Roll in 2026 seeing more than 60,000 fans in attendance, Boots In The Park New Mexico 2027 will be topped by the King of Country himself, George Strait, at Balloon Fiesta Park in Albuquerque, May 14-16.

Marking the fourth year in the state of New Mexico, the 2027 Boots in The Park will also feature top country talent in Jason Aldean, Brooks & Dunn, Zach Top, Jon Pardi and more to be announced, according to event organizer Activated Events.

“Albuquerque has shown us time and time again that New Mexico knows how to throw a country party,” said Thacher, CEO of Activated Events. “For 2027, we wanted to create something truly legendary. Expanding Boots In The Park to three days and bringing George Strait, Jason Aldean, Brooks & Dunn, Zach Top, Jon Pardi, and more together on one lineup is an incredible moment for country music fans. This is going to be one unforgettable weekend.”

“New Mexico, it’s been way too long,” Strait shares in the announcement, with his last performance in Albuquerque coming in 2013. “While I’m not sure where else this next year will take us, I do know we can’t wait to see everyone at Boots In The Park next May.” The announcement states that Strait’s appearance at the event will be his only festival gig in 2027.

Promised for ABQ are attractions including the Smokeshow Pitmaster Cooking Demos, line dancing, whiskey barrel saloon, mechanical bull riding and more. Ticket presale begins Thursday, Sept. 10, at 10:00 a.m. mountain time, with general onsale on Friday, Sept. 11.

The multi-city Boots In The Park continues to grow, taking place in markets like Tucson, Arizona, Orange County, California, Bakersfield and Fresno, California, and more, with some markets seeing an additional events featuring other genres, including the “Party In The Park” event last year topped by Pitbull and this year featuring Wiz Khalifa and Fetty Wap in Fresno.
