Allegiant Stadium was named Pollstar’s 2026 Stadium of the Year for its live entertainment success and excellent guest experience. Since opening six years ago, it’s become the marquee venue in a neon city, which tallied citywide live revenue of nearly $1 billion ($967,915,395) with 4,720,651 tickets sold in 2025, according to Pollstar’s recent market focus data. Helming the 65,000-cap. home of the NFL Raiders and UNLV Rebels football is general manager Andy Gorchov.

“The past year was Allegiant Stadium’s most successful since opening,” says Gorchov. “An extraordinary calendar of world-class events led to the stadium being named Pollstar’s Stadium of the Year.”

That success began with the Raiders’ vision for Allegiant Stadium, which opened in 2020, to be both a top-notch team headquarters as well as a world-class platform for concerts and other live productions, accommodating up to 71,800 for concerts. 

“Our greatest challenge was managing the volume and complexity of a full event calendar, and it’s much more than just our public ticketed events,” says Gorchov. “While concerts and major sporting events generate the biggest headlines, Allegiant Stadium has also become one of Las Vegas’ most unique private event venues since opening and we have an incredible private events team that ensures our calendar is full year-round.”

Gorchov is bullish on the stadium market as fans continue to prioritize live experiences. “However, audiences are becoming more selective with their entertainment spending, making it increasingly important to deliver compelling events and an experience that fans truly value,” he adds.

On the horizon, Allegiant Stadium will host the CFP National Championship in 2027, the NCAA Men’s Final Four in 2028 and the return of the Super Bowl in 2029 — not to mention three nights of Chris Brown and Usher toward the end of the outdoor summer concert season. 

“These landmark events will shine an international spotlight on Allegiant Stadium and Las Vegas while further establishing the stadium and city as one of the world’s premier sports and entertainment destinations,” he says.
