T-Mobile Park, home of Major League Baseball’s Seattle Mariners, may be 27 years old but it remains a fan favorite among sports enthusiasts with its stunning views of Seattle’s skyline and the Puget Sound. Its legacy only continues to grow – a testament to the work of executive Trevor Gooby and his team.

“We’re on track to post the best home attendance figure at T-Mobile Park in over 20 years,” Gooby, Mariners executive vice president and chief operating officer, tells Pollstar. “We have passionate fans who are committed to showing up for our team, and I think we’ve done a great job bringing in different community groups and catering to a wide audience with a range of promotions, ticket specials and different experiences around the ballpark.”

Gooby ran the stadium as SVP of ballpark operations with great success for seven years and was rewarded by the organization with a promotion in 2024. A year after the elevation, the Seattle Mariners had one of its most memorable seasons in the franchise’s history, with the team claiming its first American League West Division championship since 2001.

Before the 2026 season, USA Today ranked T-Mobile Park at No. 8 among MLB ballparks, praising the location and food and beverage. Pollstar recently recognized the venue’s SEAcret Door as the Best New Concept in Food & Drink in its 2026 Excellence In Concessions honors.

“Our fan experience has always been something that we take a lot of pride in, and we’re always looking for ways to continue innovating and giving fans the new things to look forward to whenever they come to the park,” Gooby says.

Food and baseball go hand in hand—sometimes literally if you catch a foul ball—but the experience isn’t limited to sports. T-Mobile Park has also hosted major touring acts, including Noah Kahan, Fuerza Regida and My Chemical Romance.

“We try to offer something for everyone at T-Mobile Park,” Gooby says. “Whether through our game entertainment, concessions, promotions, we know there is a part of our ballpark experience that anyone can enjoy.”
