JT Unveils ‘City Cinderella Tour’ To Promote Debut Solo Project

On the heels of a sold-out club run earlier this year, rapper JT announced she is back on the road this summer with her “City Cinderella Tour,” a 21-date trek that includes shows in iconic U.S. venues, to promote her debut mixtape.

The tour is presented by AG Entertainment and Mammoth and kicks off Aug. 20 in Kansas City’s Uptown Theater and includes stops at The Vic Theatre in Chicago, Washington, D.C.’s Howard Theatre, Union Transfer in Philadelphia, New York’s Palladium Times Square, Minglewood Hall in Memphis, Oklahoma City’s The Criterion and Marquee Theatre in Tempe, Arizona. JT’s run wraps up Sept. 22 at The Novo in Los Angeles.

Presales from the venue, promoter and Spotify are up and running, and the general onsale is July 12 at 10 a.m. local time. Fans can purchase tickets at CityCinderellaTour.com.

It didn’t take long for JT to begin working on her solo project, City Cinderella, which will drop on July 19. The rapper hailing from Miami was one-half of hip-hop duo City Girls, which produced hits like “Twerk” with Cardi B and “Act Up,” along with Yung Miami, who confirmed in June that the group had disbanded. JT dropped her first single, “OKAY,” in April and has since surpassed 25 million streams on Spotify.
