Morgan Wallen Adds Second Date At Knoxville’s Neyland Stadium

Country superstar Morgan Wallen has added a second night at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tennessee, an East Tennessee homecoming for the artist taking place in September.

“I’m coming home,” Morgan Wallen shared on Monday when announcing his East Tennessee homecoming concert at Knoxville’s Neyland Stadium on Sunday, September 22. The new date is Friday, Sept. 20. Tickets go on sale Thursday, July 18, at 11 a.m. VIP packages including meet and greets and other exclusive perks will be available.

The shows are produced by Live Nation, and Wallen is represented by The Neal Agency.

Joining Wallen on the dates are Hardy and Ernest, with 150,000 fans expected between the two shows. With the two shows, Wallen becomes the to play the nearly 100-year-old venue twice in one go, as part of the singer’s “One Night At A Time 2024” tour. Wallen last played Knoxville in 2019 as part of the Tennessee Valley Fair.

“I’ve had the honor of playing in a lot of college, MLB and NFL stadiums the past two years, but getting to play to my hometown at Neyland Stadium, nothing tops this for a boy from East Tennessee,” Wallen said in the announcement. A portion of every ticket will go toward the Morgan Wallen Foundation, which recently donated $100,000 to Jefferson City to renovate to baseball fields.

Eleven dates remain on Wallen’s tour, which will be followed by his first ever European tour leg, which kicks off Aug. 28 in Stockholm, Sweden, the first on a seven-show run.

Boxoffice reports have not been submitted to Pollstar for the current tour yet, which sees Wallen playing multiple nights at NFL stadiums in many markets. Last year the country star sold out in the 40,000-capacity range at Major League Baseball stadiums in Atlanta and Houston.
