Samantha Fish, Canned Heat Top Ruf Records Anniversary Tour Bill
Blues label Ruf Records is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a 12-city tour headlined by Kansas City guitarist Samantha Fish and psychedelic-tinged blues rock legends Canned Heat on their final tour
Special guests include Mitch Ryder and Bernard Allison, and a special performance by Ghalia Volt’s One Woman Band.
Founded in Germany in 1994 by Thomas Ruf, the label has made its mission to reignite interest in the blues.
The tour kicks off in Pittsburgh at the Carnegie Music Hall at Homestead Nov. 7 and includes stops in Cincinnati, Washington, D.C. and New York City before wrapping Nov. 24 in Beverly, Massachusetts, at the Cabot Theatre.
