Live Nation Urban, Lil Wayne Announce 2024 Edition of Lil’ WeezyAna Fest

Live Nation and Lil Wayne announced the return of Lil’ WeezyAna Fest in the rapper’s hometown of New Orleans. The special event curated by the five-time Grammy-winning artist takes place Nov. 2 at Smoothie King Center and features a reunion of the Hot Boys, a hip-hop group comprising Lil Wayne, Juvenile, B.G. and Turk.

The festival, produced by Young Money, DMANI and Live Nation Urban, will also feature sets from Rob49 and Mannie Fresh. Additional acts will be announced in the coming weeks.

“Lil Wayne embodies the spirit of New Orleans, and Lil’ WeezyAna Fest is a stellar showcase of the city’s dynamic and flourishing music scene,” Brandon Pankey, Live Nation Urban’s vice president of business development and operations, said in a statement. “Live Nation Urban celebrates this amazing event and is proud to continue to partner and cultivate the growth of this festival for years to come.”

Tickets for the festival are available via artist presale today at 10 a.m. PT/12 p.m. CT followed by the general onsale which begins Sept. 6 at 8 a.m. PT/10 a.m. CT. For more information about the event, visit the festival website, lilweezyanafest.com.

Lil’ WeezyAna is a homecoming for Lil Wayne, who since 2015 has celebrated New Orleans’ musical history and gives back to the community with events like his festival, which has drawn acts like Megan Thee Stallion, 2 Chainz, Saweetie, Migos, NBA YoungBoy and Coi Leray as well as surprise guests like Drake, Nicki Minaj and Birdman.

The inaugural Lil’ WeezyAna Fest took place at Champions Square nine years ago, and the sold-out event grossed $486,282 off 8,700 tickets sold, according to Pollstar Boxoffice.
