Pixies Announce Europe & UK Headline Tour
Seminal indie band Pixies will headline a tour of Europe and the UK in spring 2025.
The band’s new studio album The Night the Zombies Came is due in October and they are also slated to open for Pearl Jam on a largely sold-out run through Australia and New Zealand in November.
The headline tour begins April 25 at TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht, Netherlands. The Continental portion of the tour includes stops in Berlin, Munich and Bordeaux. After a May 10 play at Lisbon’s Sagres Campos Pequeno, Pixies will cross the Channel for nine UK dates, beginning May 13 at P&J Arena in Aberdeen, Scotland. The UK run includes a double at London’s O2 Brixton Academy and wraps May 24 at the O2 Apollo in Manchester.
Pixies also toured Europe and the UK in 2024, which followed an amphitheater tour of North America. That tour included a show at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland, grossing $673,178 on 12,566 tickets, according to Pollstar Boxoffice reports.
