Sammy Hagar has the highest-ranked debut on LIVE75 and lands in the top 15 on the chart based on ticket sales reported from six performances of his “The Best of All Worlds” tour with Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham and Joe Satriani. The ticket count at the six concerts, Aug. 13 through 20, totaled 60,783 for an average of 10,130 per show to score the No. 14 ranking.

With Loverboy onboard as a special guest, the North American rock tour kicked off on July 13 in West Palm Beach, Florida, with a string of outdoor amphitheater dates planned through the end of August. Box office results reported from the first 21 concerts on the trek show overall grosses totaling $19.4 million from 241,719 sold tickets in U.S. and Canadian cities.

The top venues among the reported shows include Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre in the Chicago suburb of Tinley Park which hosted the largest crowd on the tour. The venue’s ticket count reached 16,071 on Aug. 3 with a gross of $1.04 million for the performance. The largest gross, though, was recorded in the Denver market, a $1.79 million haul at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison on Aug. 11.

Along with the sheds, Hagar also played a handful of arenas during the tour including MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas which logged the top gross. His sold-out performance there on Aug. 9 took in $1.23 million from 11,198 sold tickets. Box office totals were also reported for a concert on Aug. 19 at Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. Attendance there was 9,916 with a gross topping $1.16 million.

Also, on LIVE75, there is a new No. 1 tour this week as Pearl Jam moves up to the top position after debuting at No. 2 only one week earlier. The band averaged 32,983 sold seats per show from three stadium concerts and one amphitheater performance that occurred in August during the “Dark Matter World Tour.”

Along with the trek’s opening performance at Washington-Grizzly Stadium in Missoula, Montana, the band also played two nights at Chicago’s Wrigley Field, along with a single show at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, Indiana, to earn the highest ticket average. And the four-show gross average of $4.98 million is also the highest on the chart, earning Pearl Jam the “Heavy Hitter” classification this week.

There is also a new No. 1 performer on the Artist Power Index as Bruno Mars moves up one position after holding the second spot for four consecutive weeks. He has the seventh highest rank in Streaming, ninth highest in Airplay and a Social score of 28, all of which fuel his move up the chart, but his Live rank, the 18th highest among all artists, solidifies his top ranking.

Landing in the monthlong eligibility period for APX are four performances of his Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM, Aug. 27 through Sept. 1, followed by his six concerts in September booked at stadiums in Asian cities. The first was a two-night appearance at Kaohsiung National Stadium in Taiwan, followed by three nights at Jakarta International Stadium in Indonesia and a final performance at the National Stadium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Charli XCX is one of only two concert headliners making a debut appearance on the Artist Power Index in this issue. She earns the No. 34 ranking after the Sep. 14 launch of her “Sweat” co-headlining tour with fellow pop artist Troye Sivan in Detroit. The arena tour is booked in North American venues through the end of October and features DJ Shygirl as opener.

Also making an APX debut is Benson Boone at No. 37 after he kicked off a string of U.S. concerts set primarily in amphitheaters through the end of October. Following his American run, he will make his second trek through Europe this year, after previously performing on the continent back in May and June. Then, dates in Asia and Oceania are already on the books for early 2025.

Among the six headliners who return to the Artist Power Index after appearing on the chart during the past quarter, Eagles have the No. 39 ranking based on the first two performances of the band’s Las Vegas residency at Sphere that fall in the chart’s eligibility timeframe. The shows on Sep. 20-21 are the first of 20 concerts booked at the venue through Jan. 25, 2025.

LIVE75’s “Noise Maker” status belongs to Pecos & The Rooftops, ranked No. 51 after jumping 19 positions in one week. Of the eight reported shows in August and September, the group’s biggest crowd was 1,877 at Floore’s Country Store in Helotes, Texas, in the San Antonio market.
