Bluesy favorite Marcus King will spend much of his winter unplugged, as he announced an intimate, acoustic tour set for December and January.

He’ll be joined by guitarist Drew Smithers, who accompanied King at his sold-out performances at Nashville’s legendary Bluebird Cafe earlier this year. The tour begins Dec. 4 at Floore’s Country Store in Helotes, Texas. The run includes a double at the Troubadour in Los Angeles and a performance at The Caverns in Pelham, Tennessee.

Tickets are on sale at 10 a.m. local time Oct. 11 here.

King will continue his standard tour, which takes him to Europe and the UK in October and November. He’ll support Chris Stapleton on his run through Australia and New Zealand in February and March.

King sold 3,036 tickets at Chicago’s Salt Shed June 2, grossing $143,058, according to Pollstar Boxoffice reports.

He is booked by WME and managed by Vector Management.
