Nominations Announced For 36th Annual Pollstar Awards, Voting Open Now
Nominations have been unveiled for the 36th annual Pollstar Awards, honoring the top tours, venues, live music executives, agencies, production companies and more in over 40 categories.
Zach Bryan, Coldplay, Noah Kahan, Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift and Morgan Wallen are vying for the award for Major Tour of the Year.
A new honor this year is the “Maxie Solters Award – Touring Publicist of the Year,” recognizing the highest achievement for a public relations executive in the live touring industry in tribute to the highly respected Scoop Marketing publicist Maxie Solters, who died on Aug. 15, 2024, at the age of 37.
See the full list of nominees below.
Nominations for those actively involved with live performance were submitted by the Pollstar Awards nominating committee made up of agents, promoters, managers, producers, production professionals, venues representatives, Pollstar Boxoffice reporters, and other touring professionals.
Pollstar subscribers can vote by logging into pages.pollstar.com/pollstar-awards. Voting is open now through Dec. 6 at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET. In addition to subscriber votes, data reporting and ticket sales will be weighted elements in the final results in some categories. Winners will be announced at the Pollstar Awards on Feb. 19 during the three-day Pollstar Live! Conference.
“As the gold standard of honors for achievement in the global live entertainment business, the Pollstar Awards remain the most relevant, coveted, and career-affirming recognition for artists, venues and executives who bring the magic to fans,” said Ray Waddell, Chief Content Director of OVG Media & Conferences, which produces Pollstar Live!, Production Live!, and the Pollstar Awards.
“Once again, this year’s nominees represent the best of the best, showcasing the incredible talent, innovation, and hard work that drives our industry. We’re honored to celebrate their success and look forward to another unforgettable awards ceremony on Feb. 19 in L.A.”
Scheduled Feb. 18-20 at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, Pollstar Live! is the world’s largest gathering of live entertainment professionals and the flagship event for Pollstar magazine. The conference – which includes panels with industry leaders, multiple networking opportunities – kicks off with Production Live!, the one-day companion conference that features insightful panels and discussions from industry professionals on all topics related to putting on live events including lighting, video, concert production and more.
