Sónar 2025 In Barcelona Adds 51 Artists, Upping Lineup To 117 Acts

Sónar 2025, a massive music festival in Barcelona, Spain, taking place June 12-14, just got bigger. Organizers announced the addition of 51 artists to its diverse programming, upping the total number of live shows, DJ sets and multidisciplinary performances to 117.

Latin music star Nathy Peluso was added to the bill and will present her remix album Club Grasa. Other artists added include Pa Salieu, Sega Bodega, Dengue Dengue Dengue and Herbert & Momoko. There will also be DJ sets from Dixon, Actress b2b Skee Mask, Dee Diggs and dance music legend Ultra Naté as well as performances from Safety Trance, WOST, Emma DJ, SICARIA, DJ SOSA RD, Animistic Beliefs & Jeisson Drenth, Lua de Santana and many more.

Electronic music icons Alva Noto and Fennez will perform a special set paying tribute to the late Ryuichi Sakamoto, a Grammy-winning musician and first Japanese composer to win an Academy Award.

The 32nd edition of the festival promises to be the biggest one yet, taking place on 10 stages across Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night, including a new Boiler Room stage and SonarLab X Printworks London to incorporate a taste of the British scene.

Previously announced sets included the much anticipated of Plastikman (aka Richie Hawtin), Skillrex, Four Tet, Honey Dijon, Peggy Gou, ARCA, Helena Hauff and Eric Prydz.

Fans can purchase single-day and three-day passes. The SonarPass, which provides access to Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night all weekend, starts at 210€, and fans can upgrade to SonarPass+D or VIP.
