Big Time Rush Announce ‘In Real Life Worldwide’ Tour

For fans of Big Time Rush who want to relive the nostalgia of the Nickelodeon TV show, the boy band is setting out on tour with the promise to perform every song that appeared on the show. Big Time Rush costars Katelyn Tarver and Stephen Kramer Glickman (also known as Jo and Gustavo from the TV show) will also be joining the band on tour.

The tour kicks off on July 7 in Birmingham, Alabama, with stops in amphitheaters across North America including Nashville, Philadelphia, Dallas, Los Angeles and more, with the North American leg wrapping in Las Vegas on Aug. 30. Big Time Rush will then head to Europe in November, the leg starting in Vienna on Nov. 14. They’ll perform in Poland, Germany, Italy, Spain and more before wrapping up the tour in Athens on Dec. 14.

“We truly have the best fans in the world and when we sat down to plot this tour we wanted to give them everything they have always asked us for and dreamed of,” the band said in a statement. “That’s the reason we are so excited to be going on the road all over the world to play every song from every episode of the TV show. We know how many of our old fans hold these songs close to their hearts having first heard so many of them watching our show. We couldn’t be more excited to also be bringing our dear friends from the TV show Katelyn Tarver and Stephen Kramer Glickman who we have never gotten the chance to tour with before. We have so many surprises in store for our Rushers and for the In Real Life Worldwide tour and can’t wait to see everyone on the raod very soon!”

Along with the tour announcement, Big Time Rush announced a pop-up experience in Los Angeles on March 1 and 2 that will be free to the public. The event will take place at MG Studios, where fans can step into the Palm Woods hotel, Rocque Records and more.

Big Time Rush is booked by CAA’s Brian Manning in North America and is managed by Faculty management’s Jared Paul and Lior Grunberg. Among the band’s 186 headline reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice, they’ve sold 1.3 million tickets grossing a total $55.7 million.

Tickets go on sale Feb. 28 at 10 a.m.
