2025 Women Of Live: Kiely Mosiman
Kiely Mosiman
Agent, Vice President | Wasserman Music
QUOTABLE | “I’ve always wanted to be thought of as a great agent (sans gender)
so my advice would be to put your head down and work hard, and
people will take notice.”

Although Kiely Mosiman jokes about Wasserman Music’s email address and social handles, @teamwass, she can’t imagine working anywhere else.
“We thought our (new) email addresses were kind of funny at first but it really is the ethos of the music department to do things together, call your coworkers, help where you can, etc.,” she said.
The agency’s music division was launched in 2021 following the acquisition of Paradigm’s North American music business.
Case in point: Wasserman Music’s marketing department was recently awarded a Plus1 impact award, which honors unsung heroes in the music industry who are driving positive change.
Mosiman notes that, in the last year, many female artists made great art and music and were able to tie it in with impressive visuals and narratives surrounding that music.
“The best part about it, is that everyone is so supportive of each other, and there is no feeling like if one artist succeeds another won’t,” she said.
The best show she’s attended in the last year: her client Chappell Roan at Lollapalooza, which was a record daytime turnout for the massive event.
“I’m not sure anything will ever top how exhilarating it was to feel the crowd’s energy both leading up to and during her set,” Mosiman said. “She met the moment in every way possible with the performance, and it was amazing to watch.”
Along with championing women in the industry, Mosiman also is a big DEI proponent.
“Wasserman has always had an amazingly progressive DEI policy, and there are no plans to change that,” she said. “We are all better at our jobs when we think about things from other people’s perspectives and that absolutely requires starting with a diverse work environment.”
Mosiman added she is fortunate that being a woman has made her feel like an asset in the industry.
“I’d like to continue that for the next generation,” she said. “I’ve always wanted to be thought of as a great agent (sans gender) so my advice would be to put your head down and work hard, and people will take notice.”
