Women of Live Hall Of Fame: Elizabeth Collins
Elizabeth Collins
Co-President | The Azoff Company
“I’ve had the privilege of working with Beth for many years now and I have witnessed first-hand the impact of her talent for building relationships with artists and partners. Beth is simply a powerhouse. She is one of the smartest people I know and I have so much admiration for her incredible tenacity and creativity in shaping business deals. I’m thrilled she is being honored with this Hall of Fame recognition and look forward to working with her for years to come.” — Tim Leiweke, Chairman & CEO, Oak View Group

Alongside her Co-President Susan Genco, Elizabeth Collins has helped take The Azoff Company to new heights in the music industry. She oversees TAC’s businesses including Global Music Rights, Iconic Artists Group, Giant Music, Full Stop Management and Oak View Group (Pollstar’s parent company).
Among her most recent achievements are tours from seven Full Stop Management acts placing on Pollstar’s 2024 Year End Top Tours Worldwide chart, including Eagles (No. 16), U2 (No. 20), Dead & Company (No. 21, co-managed with Activist Artists), Earth, Wind & Fire (which ranked No. 117 along with Chicago), Meghan Trainor (No. 173), John Mayer (No. 193) and Maroon 5 (No. 199).
Most recently, she helped facilitate artist Bryan Ferry’s partnership with Irving Azoff’s Iconic Artists Group to develop and expand his musical legacy. The deal encompasses a range of assets from Ferry’s solo career and work in Roxy Music.
“Bryan’s unique voice and genre-defying music have earned him a place among the most influential artists of our time,” said Collins. “We are honored to work with him to ensure his legacy continues to inspire and resonate with audiences.”
Collins noted that 2024 was an amazing year for female artists.
“I think it is because there are fewer gatekeepers,” she said. “Women are also finding more mentors and fighting to have their voices heard. More female success encourages more women to try. Overall it is very positive for our business.”
Despite the current climate questioning the significance of DEI, Collins plans to further this initiative at The Azoff Company.
“We absolutely plan to continue looking for ways to expand opportunities for all people from underrepresented groups,” she said. “We need to acknowledge that we are all living with an unequal playing field and it is incumbent on all of us to do everything we can to change that. Diverse voices make our businesses better. They bring new ideas and fresh perspectives. There is huge value in that.”
When asked about iconic shows she has attended in the last year, Collins noted she has been so lucky to be part of some of the biggest shows at Las Vegas’ Sphere in 2024, including U2, Dead & Company and the Eagles.
“The Sphere has changed the way we think about live events,” she said. “If you have not had a chance to see a show there, run, don’t walk. It is a game changer.”
Her advice to others is to develop fruitful relationships.
“I try to tell people to work hard and seek out mentors that will support them throughout their careers,” Collins noted. “I have been so lucky to have Irving Azoff as a friend and mentor. He has changed my life and taught me so much.”
Collins is less forthcoming about what’s next at The Azoff Company in the next year. She says, “We are always working on new initiatives, but it is too early to talk about any of them.”
