2025 Women of Live: Becky Moine
Becky Moine
Senior Tour Director | Live Nation
WORDS OF WISDOM | “Don’t hesitate to ask questions, but first take the initiative to seek out the answers yourself. We have a wealth of resources at our fingertips, and each question you ask is an opportunity to learn and grow, both professionally and personally.“

With a front-row seat — or at the wheel of — some of the biggest tours in the world, Becky Moine considers it a privilege to work with and grow the live touring careers of touring artists, saying “one of the most rewarding aspects of my job is witnessing the growth of artists and the deep connection they build with their fans along the way. That includes The Weeknd, now one of the world’s biggest touring artists. She’s worked with the artist, alongside President of Touring Omar Al-joulani, since 2014.
“I vividly remember attending those shows and being blown away by his performance — it’s incredible to see how far he’s come, now selling out stadiums multiple years in a row,” says Moine. “I’m looking forward to his 2025 ‘After Hours Til Dawn’ tour kicking off this May.”
Along with the Charli xcx / Troye Sivan “Sweat” tour, steered by fellow Live Nation Promoters Lesley Olenik and Jared Braverman, another highlight came via Canadian artist Kaytranada, whose steady touring career continues to grow.
“A highlight was visiting the iconic Forest Hills venue in New York for the first time, where he played two sold-out nights,” she says. “The tour concluded at BMO Stadium with his biggest North American headline show to date.”
“I’m also incredibly excited to be involved in Rüfüs Du Sol’s tour alongside Rich Best,” she adds. “As a longtime fan, it’s amazing to see their impact on a global scale. With sold-out shows spanning North America, South America, Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, their tour is a testament to the rising influence of electronic artists in large-scale venues like amphitheaters and stadiums.”
Moine credits Al-joulani as her greatest advocate, noting that he hired her 12 years ago “and I wouldn’t be where I am today without his support.”
She adds, “I’ve also been fortunate to have mentors like Rich Best, Lesley Olenik and Geni Lincoln, who consistently make time to guide me and encourage my passions. Warda Baig is another key mentor—her insight is invaluable, and she’s always available to help me navigate business decisions.”
