The man who set a touring record in 2022 and a new template for stadium treks is at it again. Bad Bunny has already sold more than 2.6 million tickets for 54 stadium shows in 18 countries across four continents, a remarkable feat for a Latin artist who is tapping into new markets like Australia and Japan.

The routing of the tour, promoted by Live Nation in partnership with Rimas Nation, initially had only 24 dates when it was announced on May 5. Staggering demand prompted the promoter and artist to expand it to more than 50 shows, achieving milestones in specific markets that have only been achieved by artists like Taylor Swift, The Rolling Stones, Coldplay and Michael Jackson.

In Mexico, the Puerto Rican superstar set a record with nearly four million fans queued on Ticketmaster for the onsale and presales of eight shows in Mexico City and had the biggest day for an onsale in the country’s history, selling out six nights at the iconic Estadio GNP Seguros in just a matter of hours.

His tour was also the first to sell out three Colombian stadiums in less than 24 hours, and he set the record for fastest-selling show in Costa Rica.

That success isn’t exclusive to Latin America. Bad Bunny became the first Latin act to sell out a stadium in Italy and Poland and to sell out two stadiums in Portugal. He is also the first Latin artist to sell out multiple stadiums in France, and no Latin act has sold more tickets than Bad Bunny in Sweden and the United Kingdom.

What artist achieved in Spain is even more mind-blowing. The reggaeton and trap singer has one of the longest stadium runs in the country with 12 sold-out shows — 10 in Madrid and two in Barcelona — selling more than 600,000 tickets, more than any other artist in the country on a single tour. His ticket sales in Spain surpassed the speed and volume of Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour,” which was two nights at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, is on the road to promote his latest album, DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS. The album, which celebrates Puerto Rican culture, was released in January to critical acclaim. The tour also marks the first time he will perform in Europe since 2019.

Bad Bunny is an influential force in the industry. His “World’s Hottest Tours” shattered records and made him one of the most successful live acts of all time, and his sold-out “Most Wanted Tour” in 2024 was No. 7 on Pollstar’s Top 200 Worldwide Touring Acts with a $210.9 million gross, earning him the Latin Tour of the Year at this year’s Pollstar Awards.

The Puerto Rican standout is repped by United Talent Agency’s Jbeau Lewis and David Zedeck in North America and UTA’s Carlos Abreu in other territories. Noah Assad of Rimas Entertainment is Bad Bunny’s manager.
